where are we?

Our services are held on Sundays at 9:30am at Seckman High School, as shown in the map.

Our offices are actually located just down the street in the Shoppes on Seckman, 2855 Seckman Rd.  We are temporarily located in Suite 107, right next to Peak Fitness.

If you need to contact us directly, the phone number is 636-333-3722, or email us at info@ecstl.org

what to expect when you arrive

From the moment you pull onto the campus, you will be greeted by members of our Welcome Team.  Their job is to make you feel at home and help you find your way.

If you are a first time guest, we ask that you turn on your hazard lights when coming into the parking lot.  We have special parking available for you and this is how we will know who you are.

Once in your parking space, you can expect to be greeted at your vehicle by someone who will have an information packet for you about Encounter Church.  If you have children, they will then help you get to any of the children's areas.  Lastly, they will direct you to the Worship Environment and remind you to return to the orange tent after service so they can ask how you enjoyed the morning service.

We know you have questions, and we will try to answer some of those below.

what about my children?

In eKids we bring the fun!  Our goal is to make Encounter Church your child's favorite place, and to make Sunday their favorite day of the week.  Most importantly, we want your kids to get excited about having a relationship with Jesus Christ.

We make safety our priority by offering a check-in system with exclusive parent identification security tags, trained security officers, and volunteers who have passed a comprehensive background check.  We also have a system in place to contact you during the worship experience if necessary.

Find out more by visiting the orange tent on Sunday and also by checking out our eKids page.

what about my teenager?

Students who call Encounter Church their home are asked to get involved in everything we do.  They are connected through eGroups, they volunteer with our eTeams, and they give their resources and invite their friends and family to our weekend worship environment.

We believe our students don't have to wait until they are older to be used by God.  Our prayer is that we empower them to begin to fulfill the calling God has on their lives today - in their schools, on their teams, and with their friends.

If you have a 6th-12th grader, get them connected at the orange tent or by visiting our Student Page.

Want to make a difference?

You will have already met some members of our eTeams when you arrive.  They are the volunteers who park cars, greet guests, teach children, and dedicate their time to make Encounter Church a great place to be.  It takes a lot of dedicated people to do what they do, but the reward is so great.  There is no greater reward on earth than to know God used you to make a difference in someone's life.

Learn more about eTeams by stopping at the orange tent on your way ou, or by visiting our eTeams page.

about encounter church

1 John 3:1-2 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!

There's nothing greater than gathering as the local church to passionately adore the Lord Jesus Christ.  My prayer is that you would encounter the presence of God while you are here.  I am thankful you are considering joining us, and hope you'll come; and when you do, bring your friends!

The mission of Encounter Church is that all people will be raised to life in Christ.  God can change any life.  He can restore any relationship.  He can replace what you've lost.  God can resurrect you to new life in Christ.  How do I know?  Because I have watched Him do it over and over, again and again.

I believe the best representation of the goodness and grace of Jesus Christ is you.  And I believe as you continue to pursue Christ you will realize that life with Jesus is greater.

We want to welcome you to Encounter Church!  Your best days are ahead!
